Loved my very enjoyable stay in a hotel with happy helpful staff.

There where fantastic stuff and location for a just perfect stay in a hotel with happy helpful staff. The room exceeded high expectations, neat with pull out beds.

We booked twin room for 3 nights and had a such great stay. The clean bathroom and the rest was clean.

Our stay here was excellent, fantastic base for exploring Leeds.

The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. You guys made my stay comfortable.

Everything was great, perfect location from motorways, the staff were welcoming. The breakfast of our place was varied with reasonable choices, loved it.

The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a peaceful area, next to motorways, bus stop, highway intersection. We had a buffet breakfast with plenty of options.

Special overall experience. Staff were exceptional and we liked our time there. The room we booked was cleaned and available with a double bed, a nice view, for instance. There also was convenient parking and excellent pool.

The pool was heated and the staff was genuine. Main bar was good. I liked my room, it was gorgeous and welcoming with a nice view. The efficient check-in process too.

The hotel of choice in Leeds. Breakfast with vegetarian sausages, tomatoes, hash browns. The rooms with cleaned sheets, pay extra to be upgraded and a nice view.

Loyal staff, clean and fully equipped hotel. The breakfasts here were nice hot with sausage and juices and porridge. Had a luxury stay here.

Staff was responsive and continental breakfast was plentiful. There was a small bar with helpful service. They made my stay decent. The location was handy close to highway intersection. Plus there was a lake, within 15 minutes walk or so.

Room was fashionable, I enjoyed my lovely bed. Continental breakfast was with tea and fruit juice.

Breakfast was lovely, stuff was outstanding, place was neat. Beautiful location to oulton parish church.

Facilities were clean, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Always very clean place with friendly staff and convenient location. There's Toby Carvery with nice shots right next to the venue.

We go there often, and recommend it to anyone. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. Food was good, we greatly enjoyed it. Thanks to receptionist, you are dope! It also had free parking.
